Waiting is painful. Forgetting is painful.
But not knowing which to do is the worse kind of suffering.
- Paulo Coelho

Uncertainty. Ironically, it is the only thing that is certain about love - that what you have now might be gone tomorrow. Love is stepping into the unknown. It involves taking chances with no assurance as to whether you would win or lose. Or if it's even worth risking.

A friend send me an SMS before, quoting "You don't want to let go because you feel that there is something sweet going on between the two of you. Something beyond words. Something that only your heart understands... You wait and wait, wait and wait. But still, nothing happens... He's glued to the spot. The problem is you just can't walk away, but you can't stay either..."

I'm quite sure my heart knows what's the right thing to do. And I did it. But why can I hear it screaming as if I had betrayed myself? I guess some pains are really bittersweet.
